What responsible gaming tools does betPARX offer to help me manage my play?

Responsible Gaming is very important to us here at betPARX and if you need to speak with someone right now, please call the National Problem Gambling Hotline at 1-800-GAMBLER

While we encourage players to Gamble Responsibly, we recognize that some people may require additional help to make sure they are gambling within their means and in a responsible manner.
As part of our commitment to Responsible Gaming, we offer a variety of ways to help you manage your play:

  • Player limits: If you'd like to continue to use the betPARX app/website, but want to limit how you interact, you can self-impose certain product-related restrictions. These restrictions may include limits on deposits, wagers, losses, single bets, and time spent on our website/app.

  • Time out/Cool off period: If you're a Sportsbook and/or Casino player and you'd like to temporarily stop betting on our site, you can give yourself a cool off period and you won’t be able to access it until the timeout period passes.

  • Self-exclusion: If you’d like to take a longer break from betting on betPARX, you can choose to temporarily self-exclude yourself for a period of 12 months up to a Maximum of 5 years, please click on the link below to self-exclude on the NJOAG website - https://www.njoag.gov/about/divisions-and-offices/division-of-gaming-enforcement-home/self-exclusion-program/

  • You can decrease these limits at any time

  • You can increase your limits however it will not take effect until the duration of that limit has been reached

    • i.e. If you wish to increase your daily limit from $100 to $500, this will not take effect until the end of your Limit Period. This will depend on what time you initially added the Limit to your account.
