How do I change my Personal Account Information?

You are able to change your Personal Information depending on what you are trying to change. The Personal Information that patrons are able to change themselves is their Cell Phone number as well as their E-mail Address. Any other changes to your account information that you would like to change would require you to contact Customer Service.

Changing your Phone Number or E-mail Address

1. Login to your betPARX account and click the tab in the top right called 'My Account' 

2. Clicking on 'My Account' will take you to the 'Profile' page where you are able to change you Phone Number and/or E-mail Address. Simply click in the text field that you are trying to change, and click Update Details when you are finished.
