Withdrawals are processed manually by the Payments and Security Team and are approved in the order they are received. Typically, it can take up to 36 hours to approve a withdraw request.Once approved, processing times vary depending on the method used to withdrawal. For example:
betPARX Play+ Card – Once approved, funds will be available on your betPARX Play+ card immediately
VIP Preferred ACH/eCheck – Once approved takes 1-4 business days depending on your bank’s processing time.
PayPal – Once approved, funds will be available in your Paypal account within an hour
Skrill - Once approved, funds will be immediately available in your Skrill account
Cash @ Cage - Once approved, funds will be available for pickup immediately. After 15 days uncollected withdrawals will be cancelled and the funds will be returned to your betPARX account.
Check By Mail – Once mailed, up to 10 business days
*** We recommend that you utilize one of our many Electronic Withdrawal options such as PayPal or VIP Preferred (Checking account ACH). These methods offer the quickest turnaround for receiving your funds.
You can track your pending Withdrawals by navigating to “My Account” then clicking “Banking,” and scrolling down to the “Pending Withdrawals,” section to view your withdrawal status.
