How do I know if I am using my free spins?

First, make sure that you are playing a game that Free Spins are eligible for. You can find this information in the promotion’s Terms and Conditions.

If you have active Free Spins, those will automatically be used when you enter an eligible game.

The task bar at the bottom of the screen will show an icon that says Free Spins alongside the remaining count of Free Spins.

You may also find your Free Spins by going to the game you were playing and selecting the ‘Gaming History’ option at the top of the screen

This will give you a breakdown of your spins for whatever day you want.

You may select a date range of up to 30 days

It will say ‘Free Spin’ on each spin where a Free Spin was used.

Note: Going to ‘Gaming History’ through the ‘My Accounts’ Section will not clearly show you that a Free Spin was used. Instead it will show the cost of the Free Spin.

By going to the transactions section and selecting the time frame that you are looking for, you are able to see that Free Spins were in fact used.
