Casino Balances
Total Casino Balance – Total sum of money of all your casino balances. This includes the following:
- Cash that can be wagered on casino games, with and without restrictions
- Bonus funds that can be wagered on specific casino games
- Outstanding wagers that have yet to be completed
Withdrawable Balance – aka cash. Amount of money that can be withdrawn from your account or wagered on casino or sports.
Restricted Casino Balance – Total sum of cash that is directly linked to a casino bonus. This amount can only be wagered on casino games that are eligible for the bonus. This balance can be played but not withdrawn until one of the following criteria has been met:
- Wagering requirement has been met on the bonus
- Bonus is cancelled which can be done via the My Bonuses page or via the Customer Service Team. Cancelling the bonus forfeits all remaining bonus amount and bonus winnings. Cancellation rules vary per bonus, check Terms and Conditions of bonus for more information.
Pre-Wager Bonus Balance – Total sum of all bonus amounts that can be wagered on casino games. This amount can only be wagered on casino games that are eligible for the bonus. This balance can’t be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. In the event that the bonus is cancelled this money will be removed from your account. Bonus Pending Winnings – Total sum of winnings on all casino bonuses. This amount can only be wagered on casino games that are eligible for the bonus. This balance can’t be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. In the event that the bonus is cancelled this money will be removed from your account. Casino In-Play Balance – Total sum of money that has been wagered on casino games but has yet to be completed. For example, you bet $10 on a hand of blackjack and leave the game without completing the hand, the $10 will be reflected in this total. This money can’t be wagered or withdrawn but is reflected in your total casino balance.
Free Spins Balance – Total count of all free spins awarded to your account, which can be wagered on specific casino games and would not be converted to Cash until the free spins themselves are played in their eligible game(s) and the wagering requirement is met.
