Why was my bet settled incorrectly?

If you think your bet has been settled incorrectly by us then we'd recommend that firstly you double check the betting rules for that particular bet type. If, after checking you are sure the settlement was done incorrectly, then please contact Customer Support (https://helpcenter.nj.betparx.com/108757-Contact-Us) citing the bet slip number and any way you have of substantiating your claim from an official source.
